Rick has worked in the creative and design industry for many years and still gets a kick out of it. For him the best creative is born out of one central great idea that must strike the balance between functionality and mind blowing creative.
In his eyes there’s nothing more satisfying than bringing a client’s brand to life. His fanatical attention to detail and professionalism are just part of what his clients love about him.
Most people don’t know: He has over 50 Hornby trains and miles of track in his loft – choo choo!
Kati Noakes
Social Media Marketing
Kati is passionate about helping small businesses master social media in order to engage with new customers. She spent many years at Saatchi & Saatchi and the BBC transforming corporate messages into engaging news stories, creating innovative marketing campaigns and using opinion-formers to aid communications. These were equally applicable in the digital age to any sized business.
Now at Rocket she offers social media marketing for clients; from social media set-up to day-to-day management. Or for those clients who want to learn the tricks of the trade and create their own social media content, she offers a series of social media workshops and one-to-one training.
What most people don’t know is that Kati spent university cheerleading in front of 30,000 people in her home state of Kentucky and is still cheering her clients on today.

Brand Strategy & Ops
Vivienne has worked in brand strategy, marketing and sponsorship for many years. Working to maximise marketing spend and brand impact for companies such as Peugeot, JPMorgan Fleming, HSBC and the London Stock Exchange. She is passionate about building mighty brands no matter how big or small they are. She knows how to motivate audiences and exploit marketing techniques to build brands that people can really believe in.
Most people don’t know: The large scar on her leg was not actually the result of a shark attack…but falling off a flagpole. Come on…you would do the same too!
